I provide a professional 'at home' massage therapy service, qualified in Holistic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Pregnancy Massage.

- You are in the comfort of your own home, I arrive, you relax, I leave. The day is your own.
- There is no getting all relaxed at a salon and then stressed again driving home.
- If you have children you don't need to arrange childcare, or twice the time in your schedule ~ they're safe at home and I can come when they nap, or are at school, at friend's,doing their homework, or your partner can keep an eye on them.
- I have some evening and weekend appointments available, so if you're life is hectic we can book for when you get home from a stressful day at work, return from the gym, have organised some time off, or at the weekend.

De-Stress, Ease Muscle Tension & Treat Yourself
Everything I need I bring with me, all you need to provide is yourself and a room. If you would like music I have a few relaxing tunes on my I-pod and you can always play music from your own selection of course.
I also have crystals for you to look at to aid breath focus and I finish with an aura smudging or Tibetan chimes to gently bring you back into awareness after your treatment. If you are interested in energy balancing and re-focusing please let me know.
